Participants: Rancher Holon Godfrey and his family were attack by about 130 Cheyenne and Sioux

About 130 Cheyenne and Sioux attack Holon Godfrey's fortified ranch.  Several travelers and ranch employees were also there to help defend the ranch.  The siege lasted two days and left 17 Indians and no whites dead.
