Participants: Lt. Henry Brandley with 20 soldiers against some Ute Indians.

Ute Indians attacked the stage near the mouth of Pass Creek.  In response, the soldiers rode out from Fort Halleck and overtook the raiders.  A few of the Indians were killed.
